I wake up and I am fine. It takes about 1 minute and all of the sudden I feel extremely hot from the inside out. My face gets flushed, sometimes my knees will be red. It takes about 10 minutes and then I feel normal again. Does anyone else have this problem? I thought it might be my fibro but I didn't know.

I am going to assume you are either a young female or a man of any age since you aren't passing this off as those dreaded menopausal hot flashes. But, I've read that temperature sensitivity is a symptom of FMS so it could very well be because of that.

I wake up at least 2 to 3 times. Same thing wake up and then in a minute I'm burning up. Have to throw off the covers or get up and walk it off. Had stopped for awhile, but has come back in the last month. I'm also perimenopausal though. I was thinking hot flashes. Could be a little bit of both.
    Turn on the fan please.

I am definately not menopausal and I wake up 2 to 3 times
every night! We had to start running the ac fan at night and it helps but not enough.
