My doctor said my red blood cells are a little high. I can't remember for sure, but thought that I read somewhere that CFS causes this. Maybe it was in one of DR. Cheney's reports. I was wondering if anyone else remembers reading about this. He wants me to cut down on smoking and see if that solves the problem. If anyone knows where this info is I'd appreciate you telling me so I can copy it and send him the info. Thanks everyone.

Hey Carol, actucally CFS is suspected of Low red cells. Nancy Klimas is doing a CFS at Miami U for CFS on lo red blood cell and doing a placebo for procrit.
I had mine tested at the NIH back east and I have low red blood cell but and NOT anemic. Most of us have low blood volume.
