I went to see a chiropractor today for a consultation.
He's talking about chiropractic care and diet and supplements. The supplements are expensive. Does anyone
have any advice on this type of treatment?

Tx by a Chiro for a year and a half. At first it caused major flare ups along with the migrains. Took about 2.5 months to get used to the adjustments. After that, I felt better, 2-3x's a week Tx. Unfortunately, I had to stop seeing the Chiro as the Tx's no longer worked. In fact after seeing him I felt worse off.

I had this same question a few days ago and got some good answers maybe it will help you dicide what is best for you.

Wish there was a way to know if it would work or not before dropping a lot of money and finding out it doesn't work. Thankfully the first Chiro I saw was not greedy and was honest with me by saying adjustments would not help me.

Good luck and better health to you.
