    Does FMS fall under the ADA? And where could I find out if it does? I was wonder for work. Any answers are greatly app.

    Any disabling condition that interferes with basic life functions and duties qualifies you under ADA. The problem is, no matter how many languages that the doctor puts the recommendations in, employers don't usually sufficiently comply with or accommodate the employee.
