I get sick, sore throat, achey, stuffy/runny nose when others around me are too, especially at work. The only thing different than colds I used to get when before I was diagnosed with FM is unbelievable achiness. Not a muscle ache, but a sick ache, do you know what I mean? Is this something new or am I just experiencing colds differently now that I have FM?

    Thanks as always!!

Yes absolutely.... Sever deep aches... a cold could be a annoying to someone else, but for us it can be brutal & god forbid we get the flu.. I was in bed (thought I was dying) for a week last year. Could not lift my arm and my mom had to come get the kids to take care of them.

Right now I have had the chills and fever for 2 days, it is NOT the time to be sick, so I am very worried this is going to get real bad for Christmas. Yes, I have that deep ache where it hurts to move or touch anything.

It really stinks. I hope you feel better soon. You are not alone.
