Last night I was thinking that just maybe some of the medications that we are taking "may" be interfere with the results of blood test. When I did a search I found out that Hrt may cause an false result.I wish that I could remember the site. Does anyone know if this is true? I'm having some blood work done and I've been unable to take my pills for about a month because of lack of income.
If there are any medications that interfere with blood testing results please let me know. I'm NOT even suggesting that anyone stop taking their meds before a blood test. I'm just curious my own peace of mind.
Also my hubby left me alone with the computer for to long last night.=)

I saw it when I did a search on webmd. I was looking at Thyroid Hormone Test. At the end on the page it tells about a few drugs that may effect the outcome of the test and one was estrogen. How come the doctors don't fill us in on these thing???? Has anyone heard of this before?
