Has anyone on this message board with serious fatigue tired the supplement "NADH (Enada)" and found it to give them more energy?

Yes, this has been moderately helpful for me, but only in relatively high quantities. 5 mg did nothing. 20 mg had a noticeable decrease on my fatigue and also brought my periods back after a 3-year hiatus. This suggests to me that it did something for me at a deep level, rather than just providing "false" energy.

It also mildly stimulates dopamine, and thus can improve mood.

NADH is a coenzyme. It seems that CFS sufferers' bodies have a hard time producing coenzymes.

I also have been helped in terms of energy by Coenzyme Q10. It did nothing until I started taking 250 mg per day though.

Taking this much NADH and CoQ10 is obviously expensive, unfortunately.
