I always wake up feeling like I am coming out from a general anaesthetic - totally exhausted. Takes me ages to come round - I am not usually up and about before midday. Paradoxically I can't get to sleep until 4 or 5 AM!!

I'm so glad you posted this. I usually feel very bad in the morning and then improve (most days) as the day wears on.

    Mornings are horrible!!!
I set 3 alarms.. My daughter still drags me out of the bed.. It's everything I can do in the morning to just get out of bed.. Once I'm up and functioning I'm not so bad.. Seems like my peak time to get important things done is between noon and 2 or late afternoon I'm out of it..

Yes, I hate the mornings!! I'll ache so bad, that I dread getting out of bed. When I do get out of bed, I don't really "get going", until 2 hours later.

I've learned that I can take a pain pill first thing when I wake up, it helps ward off the pain for the whole day. It's worth trying

It all varys a little but for the most part I wake up feeling like I partied my ass off with a hangover and can hardly lift myself; then gets a little better; then at nite; out of it or so wired up and exhausted; rarely can I go out.
