Does this illness ever go into reemission

    I was just diagnosed with this... can't imagine going through life with this illness. The fatigue is the worse! trying to get through each day at work... it's hard!

    I heard it takes some effort and lifestyle change. The lifestyle change is the hardest, but I will do what I have to to feel better again. I don't mean 100% better, I will settle for 75%

    Kellibear is correct....most of what you can do to get remissions, you will have to do yourself.
    The longest remission I have ever had was 3 days, but I think that is unusual. I know someone from this Board who once had a remission that lasted nine years!
    Do a lot of reading in the library and the previous posts here and you should learn all you need to start turning things around.

    Now, when I say remission, I'm not talking about feeling like I did pre-illness, but it's pretty good when I'm in a remission.

    The Guai has produced some remissions for me, but at times, my CFIDS fatigue has spoiled it.
