My bp was 104/70 two weeks ago without ziac.
Today it was 140/100 with Ziac.

I have gone many times where it is
120/80 one day and 160/95 another day.
Prior to the ziac, which is to reduce my resting
    pulse from 120.

Please let me know if you do this as well

Mine fluctuates, but a higher number will usually coinsides with moderate to extreme pain or stress and sickness. This is normal, I have been told. My pulse is high, too. Most of the time being above 100. My sister's is the same, and she is very active, used to be a runner. Systolic is the top number and the diastolic being the bottom number. I always remember they are in reversed alphabetical order. Most people say 120/80 is the average BP for adults.

I know everything that you have all stated and I was
not worried about it until my neighbor, who does
insurance exams, told me that it was not normal.
She acts like I can drop dead at any moment from
my pulse and/or bp. I have so much stress and anxiety right now and my dr. knows it. I do not need the
added stress of my neighbor telling me these
things at this moment in time.

Getting through the day is hard enough as it is.
I was just surprised that my BP was so low
when I had been off of the Ziac for several
weeks and so high now that I have been on it.
