As of late I have been doing much research into the effects of supplements that people use on the daily bases to substitute what they may get out of the proper food groups. It is my opinion that although these supplements may be found as easy alternatives to eating right, they should not be considered better or more effective than the real deal. A proper diet compared to the intake of supplements is in my opinion just as effective and more healthy. I say it is more healthy because many of the supplements out on the market contain too large amounts of vitamins and nutients and may cause to be dangerous to the liver. This especially applies to people that use supplements for working out and/or weight gaining.
