Hi! Another newbie here. Actually I've been lurking around for awhile reading a lot of posts before getting up nerve to post! Anyway, I know some of you have referred to Dr. Stoll's bulletin board. I have been reading his book & wondered if anyone has tried his 3-legged stool approach to recapturing your own health with diet(Whole foods), skilled relaxation(2X day) & exercise? Or is he full of baloney? A lot of what he says makes sense but then other things in his book seem far-fetched to me. But then my experience with regular medical Dr's and anti-depressents & other meds did not help me at all. Thanks!
