dry skin brushing

    has anyone tried it? I was thinking about trying it to help get rid of pathogens. any thoughts?

    I've only heard of skin brushing in context of people with sensory processing dysfunction. That entails a gentle brush (actually a corn brush) rubbed vigourously on the skin. It seems as if you would be doing this for some other reason.

    How is it done the way you understand it? For what exact purpose?

    from what i have read from curezone is you use a very soft natural bristle brush and sweep it over you skin lightly once or twice. you sweep in the direction of your colon. i guess it is supposed to clean pathogens out of the lymph system. i just thought this might help herxing.
