Could anyone recommend a good stretching dvd for people over 50 people with fibro? Tried a yoga dvd and ended up pulling a ligament in my knee, now I'm worse off than before. Tired of being in knots and not able to relax/sleep well. Please help!

I'm aware that the Arthritis Foundation has exercise videos for people with fibromyalgia. You can check them out at www.ArthritisToday.org/videos.

I hope you can find one you like.

That is the exact same on that the Pain Management Dr. I saw recommended! (she had Fibro) That was almost 3 years ago and I could NOT remember the name of it - so Thanks!

Not that age has anything to do with it, but if you want a gentle stretching type of video maybe you can find one more geared towards older people. Not that you need that part, but it might be a little bit less strenuous? Maybe even google "beginners stretching DVD"?
