Any fellow sufferers? I have fibromyalgia and all the related problems. Lately I have had chronic ear pressure. It is so awful! The doctor took a look and said I had a common cold, but I'm not so sure. This is my only symptom. I saw somewhere that there was a pressure point that affected the ears. Anyone know about this? I have tried everything. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I'm not sure what you mean by ear pressure.

Currently Iam seeing an ENT and just had a sinus CT. I asked him about my ears because they hurt, itch and feel like when you are getting an ear infection.(could this be what u mean?).

I keep wanting to make my ears pop. Well usual answer-they look fine.
However the problem could be TMJ. Which I have a sevre case of. Sorry cant remember the pressure point for ears.

The eustation tubes. I had this and my ears "looked fine" too. Allergies and sinus problems can cause these tubes to become clogged and feel as though there is pressure in the ears. Sometimes, chewing gum, taking a decongestant and massaging the area just in front of the ears helps. Good luck.

    Love, Mikie
