Google up tinnitus on the web and you can read about it.

Also, have you had your minerals checked lately. A hair mineral anlysis will show you what's lacking. Could be low Zinc and Magnesium constributing to your problems, maybe Niacin as well.

I get mine done through SANASCAN. YOu can look them up on the web. Cost is $85 and takes about 3 to 4 weeks.

Do a search on tinnitus and ringing here, as well. While this is common with CFS, that doesn’t mean that yours could not be caused by something else. If you have not already done so, you need to see an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist to rule out other causes such as brain tumor.

hi ,just wanted you to know that I"ve had it for a long time. sometimes worst than others.I"ve been to many Drs. each had their own ideas about it, but no help.
I use saline nose spray and if my neck and shoulders get real tight then a use my homemade rice sock.that I heat in the microwave.I didn"t realize that my ears where affected by my neck muscles until one nite after my husband massage my neck I got up to answer the door and I notice that my ears weren"t ringing as loud. this helps me but have a freind that had it and when she started taking juice plus vitamins hers stop. good luck ,sixtyslady
