    Avacodos are an Omega 9 oil.....I think this link is a good explanation on the Omega 3, 6 and 9's. There is so much info out there and so much can be confusing...... Omega 6 oils are the worst per this author.

    Years ago when I was getting started on Omega oils, I took a 3-6-9 combo and found I had worst pain and now know it was the 6's in that combo,. the 6's caused more inflammation.

    Olive Oil an Omega 3 is a good oil BUT should be used cold and not heated.... Macademia Oil is a good oil for heating and cooking....I use primarily Coconut Oil for my cooking...
