I went through all my medical records and came across my lab work from 1999 when the doctors said i have ebv. I don't know what this numbers mean so I thought maybe someone could explain, doctors never really did.

    EBV Acute Infection Antibodies............26 Au

    EBV Early Antigen Ab, IgG.................1;80

    EBV Ab VCA, IgG..........................170 Au

EBV nuclear Antigen Ab, IgG...............34 Au

    Thanks,

    Hi Kim!

Yes, EBV scores can be frustrating! Alas, we won't be able to tell what these numbers mean without the ranges--i.e.,
EBV Early Antigen Ab, IgG.....Your value
    Range: < 1:10 Negative
    > 1:10 Positive

This info should be on your test results. Repost your results with the ranges so people can give thier input.

    :)

Here are the numbers with the range's................Lab Corp

    26 Negative <20 AU
    Positive >or=20 AU

    1:80 Neg:<1:20

    >170 Negative < 20 AU
    Positive >or=20 AU

    34 Negative <20 AU
    >or=20 Au

There is a H after all of these numbers, I quess that means High.

Thank you again for any info,
