Echinacea and garlic - what dose/make/does it work?

  1. Does anyone find echinacea and garlic to work? If so, where do you buy it from and what dose?

I don't know about echinacea *sold at healthfood stores* but I wouldn't recommend using garlic since it can cause a lot of extra restlessness inside and isn't known for a positive effect on the brain either...

I wouldn't be without Echineaca, if I "feel" something coming on like a cold, etc...I start with 2 caps every few hours for a day or so and it STOPS any signs of a cold issue....I believe each cap is 400mg...all I've read and research over many years, Echineaca serves as a natural antiobiotic so NOT to be used ongoing, those directions are on the bottles and you can find that on the net too.

I love garlic in my cooking, which I don't do much anymore, but don't overdose on garlic per se with caps, etc.
