    Electromagnetic Impact

A study in the Summer 2006 issue of Pain Research and Management shows that pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) can induce analgesia in snails, rodents, and most importantly, healthy human volunteers.

Researchers concluded, “These findings provide some initial support for the use of PEMF exposure in reducing pain in chronic pain populations and warrants continued investigation into the use of PEMF exposure for short-term pain relief.”
