Read about how it changed some people's lives here:http://web2.iadfw.net/marystod/casestudy2.htm

You might think you've already eliminated MSG, as I did for awhile, but I found out it can be known by many other names when listed in ingrediants, such as 'hydrolyzed protein' or 'modified food starch'. Here's a good site with more about the dangers of MSG here:

I'm going to give it a shot. I know this is going to be hard because almost all processed foods have MSG in some form or another, but i would do practically anything to get rid of the pain for good...if you ingest a lot of aspartame and MSG you might be killing your body, you owe it to yourself to atleast try eliminating for a couple weeks and see if there's any change.

Thanks for the link. I've got a real problem with MSG and hopefully this will help me find it where it's lurking. It would be a great legislative effort I think if we all pressured Congress to force MSG to be put on labels and menus everywhere it's used so we would be able to recognize it and avoid it. Heck, the airlines don't serve peanuts anymore because of a few people who are allergic - there are a lot more of us who have a problem with MSG!
