After experimenting with rosemary by sniffing it and having a very, very bad allergic reaction, I wonder if it's the reason for my MCS. I never could stand the smell of it or of pine cleaners. They "offended" my sense of smell. Have I read correctly?=Pine terpenes are used in many, many products. Pine allergy is very common. I don't "seem" to be bothered by it when I'm outside, even during pollunation. As for rosemary, I can smell it a mile away. I think I may be allergic to the oils. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

You're probably right. The formaldehyde in aspartame did it to me.

My MCS America group said that we need to be very careful with terpenes. I thought, no, it's not gonna' bother me that much. I went in my backyard, plucked one little leaf, broke it in half, took a big whiff, and had an almost immediate bad "allergic" reaction. I then sent my son out back to cut the bush down.
