Just wanted to share a cute message I got from a friend today...

I thought I would let you, my friends, in on a little secret I've found for building my arm and shoulder muscles. I started by standing outside behind the house and, with a 5 pound potato sack in each hand, extend my arms straight out from my sides and hold them there as long as I can. After a few weeks I moved up to 10 pound potato sacks, then 50 pound potato sacks and finally I got to where I could lift a 100 found potato sack in each hand and hold my arms straight out for more than a full minute!
Next, I started putting a few potatoes in the sacks, but I should caution you not to overdo it at this level!

Hope that got you to LOL! Laughter is the best medicine (and it's also good exercise)!
    Bless you all.

Thank You!! I really needed the laugh. This was so cute. The sad thing is it is the way I can execise most of the time. But if we cant laugh at ourselves we are really in trouble

That was soooo funny. I was reading it all serious and then realized what you were doing. I was actually looking for exercise hints. Right now, pushing myself away from the table is all the exercise I get, oh yes, that and jumping to conclusions.
