Today my skin is so sensitive, it hurts to touch anything with my left hand. I can't even use my pinky or ring finger to type. It feels like my nerves are all stressed out on the outer part of my left hand.
My skin actually hurts to touch it. I can't even stand to have a hug today from my kids because when they touched my skin, even lightly, I about jump from it hurting.

I do get this often, but today is really bad.

Does anyone else have this symptom, and if so, what do you do to relieve it?

but so far I haven't found anything that really helps to relieve it. I'll be watching this topic to see if anyone else has some suggestions.

    Best wishes,

I get this, too, and for me, it means a flare is coming. I have one of those rice hot packs that I heat up in the microwave, and rest it against the touchy areas. It provides gentle, moist heat and helps to calm the pain. I've tried the rub creams that go on cold and then heat up--makes the pain worse.

Hope you can find something that helps--this is an aggravating and painful symptom.

    Take care,

    Bonny
