Is it available in the store on this site? I'd like to check out the ingredients, compare it to what I am using now.

I checked the Pro Health store, and couldn't find the F to F powder mix. I am fuzzy brained today, help please?

    Thanks,
    Beth.

    Hi Beth,
Look under energy and vitality on the store list.

It is about half way down the first page. Comes in a box.
For me at this point it's much cheaper than buying it through the health center I started with in May.
Even with shipping and handling it's $15 less then their price.

Now that I am starting a comprehensive plan of healthier eating and supplements and physical therapy I am looking to consolidate the new changes as much as possible.

I have cross referenced most of what I am taking for supp. with what is available from Prohealth.

Most of it is comparable and my doc is satisfied with the exchange. To be able to set up the auto delivery is a huge relief.

I have looked on other sites and have found some things to be cheaper but I do not have the energy or brain power at this point to make sense of getting things from several diff. places.

Thankfully there is a health food store near my workplace so I can stop there for the few things I can't get online as well as get my fresh veggies, etc..

The wellness center I go to is an 1 1/2 hr. drive and although they will ship items, between the expense and having to remember to call each time not an option for me.

I do wish they carried the sleep formula of Dr. Tielelbaums.
It really has made a diff..
I have just started the Peaceful Nights from Prohealth and waiting to see if it measures up.
If not I am going to try the Valerian and Lemon Balm supp..

Yep...the pkging. gave my brain a hiccup too when I was looking for the product online even tho it is the same as what I got from the wellness center.

I was locked into looking for btls like all the other supps..
    Another fog moment!!

As I said, it seems to be helping. It comes as a powder that you measure out (doesn't taste too bad, actually!!) and some capsules of a B comples. Because of all the B vitamins your pee might turn a bright florescent yellow. No problem....that's normal.

Hope this helps you. As I said before, it takes time to start feeling the energy, but I'm starting to get more done.

    God Bless.
