FDA & Trans Fats

    I keep hearing more and more lately that the FDA is clamping down on trans fats, ummmm, wonder where all that will go.

    Here is a good link on trans fat foods and just hearing on a health radio program some of the major culprits are: Top Raman, mico wave popcorn (which I heard about years ago), donuts, frozen pizza to name a few. There are hoards more. I steer clear of microwaves, so NEVER got into that world.

    Oh another BAD trans fat is margarine, many years ago I read or heard from a source that it's like whipped plastic.....
