I just found my solution for my tight calf's and painful feet! I could only walk/stand for 30-45 min total in a day. And if I over did it one day then next I would pay for it. I don't even stand in the shower! Spray and Stretch! the doc and PT's have been using this method to get the knots out of our muscles. I asked my GP for a prescription for: Gebauer's Ethyl Chloride. I spray it on my calf's as I am stretching them, I have not had any pain in my feet since I started this treatment. I even went running for 13 minutes after a full days work as a physical education teacher!
