I think I read in one of the posts here that there is a connection between Fibro and MVP. Does anyone have details?
I was diagnosed with MVP many years ago and Fibro 2 years ago. Thanks!

Yes, there is a connection so I understand. I too, have mvp and fibo. I have done some research on it but do not understand the relationship between the two.

75% of people with Fibro have an MVP, and many of us have MVPS. Do a websearch on Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome, which is a form of dysautonomia (dysregulation of the Autonomic Nervous system) and you will be amazed....Fibro is listed as one of the symptoms. If you have been having Neurological symptoms, you may find that you have the compelete syndrome, not just the prolapse.

FM and MVP are also signs of EDS.
