    Keep reading these message boards, people will share what works for them. It also helps to see you aren't alone.

    We all are different, but...for me ... rest when you are tired, don't overdo. Must try to get good 7-8hrs Sleep, eating right, and stretch/walk (or what ever you can do). Hoping you will get through this flare real soon. Hang in there.

    museinhighlands hit the nail right on the head!

    I would add if you can get down in the tub to use epsom salts and hydrogen peroxide to relax your body before bed.

    If you search for epsom salts you'll find what amounts people use.

    I can't get down into the tub very often but use 2 cups of epsom salts and an 8 oz bottle of hydrogen peroxide when I can.
