Fibromyalgia and VBAC

I am pregnant with my second child. My first pregnancy six years ago went pretty smoothly, except I had to go back on Prozac for fibromyalgia during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters. I had a tough delivery and had to have my daughter by C-section.

Prozac stopped working for me a few years ago. I had great success with Neurontin, Cymbalta and TPIs for the last year.

Then I found out I was pregnant and had to cut off all meds cold turkey. For many reasons (withdrawal from meds, fibromyalgia, dehydration, morning sickness, and migraines), this pregnancy has been horrible. And I am only 5 months.

I am currently in lots of pain and hoping a TPI will help since the docs seem reluctant to try Prozac again.

I am wondering if anyone has had a VBAC with fibromyalgia and if it is worse than the C-section pain-wise. My C-section was horrible. And if the pain of fibromyalgia continues I don't know how I could stand the C-section pain, but don't know if vaginal birth would be worse.

    Thanks.
