Has anyone visited one of the centers mentioned in Dr. Teitelbaum's book "From Fatigued to Fantastic?"

I love Doctor Bullington! She is just great! She actually cares about you and wants to help make you better! I think she is the best doctor I've ever had! She actually sits down and listens to all your problems with pain and fatigue and she comes up with a plan including lab work, supplements, and pain meds. She says there is no way your body can begin to heal if you are fighting so hard to spend all your time tensed up fighting pain. So, you need pain relief. And then supplements to build your body up. She has some injections and iv's available too, to build up energy. And she runs the most extensive lab work I've ever had done before. I found out so much was wrong with me! Including lyme disease, which I never supected for a minute, but I went ahead and paid the extra $200.00 to be tested for it through Igenex, since I had read so much about it here. I was so surprised when I was positive for lyme! But then I got a list of lyme symptoms and boy did it hit me big time. I just sat there and bawled at the computer like dummy, haha!

Anyway, Doctor Bullington in the Atlanta Center is Excellent! She has A BIG heart!

If I may post the doctor's center:

I just noticed you are in Virgina. You could still come see Dr. Bullington and get most of your labs done in one day. You could do follow up doctor visits on the phone if need be.

I'm just trying to help if you are interested.

The fibro and Fatigue Centers are expensive though and do not take insuranse, except on the lab work.

The doctor visit usully costs me around $200. Plus the cost of supplements, shipping, and then the cost of meds, because my insuranse won't pay for anything she prescribes.

But is she worth it? I believe so!

Just trying to help and if I can answr any further questions, just ask away!

FFC does not seem to have the greatest rep around this forum.

I've read a lot of posts describing people being put into bigtime debt by them.

I know that this illness sucks and that we want to play out any possible lead to feel better.

Still, I urge you not to dig yourself in a hole on credit cards, etc for treatments like they offer.

I have not seen a great deal posted here with regard to positive results from them.
