    Fight hon,
I have been thinking of you so much! I didn't have the energy to respond to your news about the state test.

Fight, I'm so amazed that you even took it. With all the really, really difficult things that you have been dealing with - it was such an amazing accomplishment to tackle it!
    You are so gutsy!!!!!!!

I read where Georgia said that there were social workers that needed to take it twice. I think you are a VERY strong woman. And what really bothers me is that you don't get the support and praise from your family, just the opposite. The same with me - it's so stressful, and undermining!

And with EVERYTHING you're dealing with, you still went ahead to meet that big challenge. I have been feeling so, so proud of you!!!!!!!!!

You were brave, and so persistent in meeting your goals.
I think you're wonderful!!! We should open champagne to celebrate your strength to move ahead!!!!!

    Major Big Hugs!
    Love, Judy

I've been looking for you! Miss you too! Frodo shouldn't be hiding from his friend Sam.LOL

I responded to your post to me on the Worship board, did you ever get a chance to read it??

I've been waiting to tell you about the disappearing act my horse pulled on me.

I'm on my way to bed right now, I'll post it here tomorrow.

I sure hope you are doing okay? I've been really needing to rest alot lately.

Fight did a good job, didn't she! We need to keep telling her that until she see it herself. We should all have a piece of cake, or brownie and ice cream in her honor. Yummm

It's true. Eliz.! We get way more caring, understanding, and support here! And we all need that so much. We need to have awareness of our realities, and the battles that we are fighting.

Did anybody read the post 'I'm so sorry' by Catlin? I printed it out - it says everything we need to hear - and it's lovingly said from one member to all of us.

Misty, my dear Samwise - I read your post, and was so glad that you were back! I was concerned - then I had a major energy crash, and could only read posts for awhile, my brain synapses that type went on vacation without me.

Looking forward to hearing that horse story - love your stories. Can't you buy pies without making them? Unless you enjoy it. You have a big job raising those three boys of yours. Hope you get some good rest in.

Talk to you all tomorrow. It's just Paul and I for Thanksgiving. It works out A LOT better for me that way. No toxic people or situations.

Giant Hugs to All! I've been missing ya.
    Love, Judy

It all turned out really delicious - we had such an enjoyable evening. I feel so good that I accomplished it.

The turkey came out perfectly tender and juicy, and the gravy perfectly seasoned, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn, and apple and pumpkin pies.

I bought almost everything from Whole Foods; only cooked the turkey and sweet potatoes from scratch - their gravy is bland, and so I was pleased that my seasoning was just right.

Paul and I get to be like trolls when we both like the same food. We had to go into serious and deep negotiations over the pies. Practically got out a measuring tape.

Elizabeth - I can picture you and your fur-babies nice and cozy after your great lamb dinner! I'm hoping when Paul retires that we will get a dog - a few more years to go.

PLUS it's almost the first time that I experienced no guilt, and had no holiday depression. I must be making progress. :)

Your cheesecake sounds so good!!! I love fresh whipped cream - don't like cool whip. Could you check in the back of the fridge - I think my piece is still there. Send it EXPRESS.

I see you all managed to get stuffed with Turkey! Well, accept Georgia, who had little lamb!

I had a really nice day, I'm tired, but don't seem any worse than i was before.

I had alot of laughs with my sister, goofy aunt, and mom.
ANd my grandmother managed to be with us, she's quite ill, but we entertained her.

My family likes to goof around alot, and not be to serious or deep. But sometime there are little digs that go to deep. There weren't any of those yesterday.

My mom was showing me her yarn she's going to use next, and while she turned her back, i stuffed my bra with her yarn!
Everyone at the table was giggling, and my mom turns back and is totally oblivious to the fact that i looked like Dolly Parton!
She's asking, what happened to the yarn, and i'm going, "gee, mom, i just don't know!"

Can you tell i don't get out of the house enough?LOL

My horse: Okay hangininthere, you know i did type out this whole story over on the worship board and before i hit the post button my electricity went off, and i lost the whole thing! Uuugh!

It's been about two weeks ago now, right in the middle of deer hunting season. My husband went out at 6:30 in the morning to throw the horses a bale of hay.

And Rusty, my Q-horse gelding (who happens to be the only horse i have right now that's riddable, not that i'm
riding right now.) didn't come up.

He is also the lead horse (alpha) horses are herd animals they stay together with the lead horse usally.

The other two came up as calm as could be. My first thought, since the other two were here, was someone shot him out in the pasture! So my boys and my husband went out to check the pasture, and the fense lines.

Plus we did have a hunter right behind our place, and if Rusty had gotten out back there, we wanted him to know.

Meanwhile i was in the house barely up, and having one of those mornings when you kinda feel half dead, and runover.
And i was stressing on how i was going to manage this problem.

I called all the surrounding neighbors and told them i had a missing horse, and to let there hunters know.

My husband and boys came back and said that there was no horse, and no breaks in the fense!!

My kids missed the bus and i had to drive them in to school, so i checked the roads and ditches along the way.

My husband took the 4 wheeler and checked out all the trails in the woods.
No horse, no sign of any horse!! No tracks, no poop!! The aliens must have gotten him!!

I was beginning to wonder if i had a horse!, and what i was going to tell my parents, since they are just letting me keep him.

About two miles down the road from us, some people moved in 300 head of horses in a very large pasture. That was my next guess that he managed to get down there with those horses, but they have really good fenses, so i was hoping I might find him in the ditch along that fense.

Nothing there neithing, i was wondering if some "good samaritan" maybe having seen him there, put him in the pasture. Could you imagine the nightmare of trying to find one horse in a pasture full of 300 strange ones?! Or trying to get him out.
Or someone shot him out in the woods, and i would never find him!!

Anyways, at 10:00 i came back home and check the answer machine, and my neighbor/friend was on there saying that she thought she might have my horse in her round pen.

I'm thinking No Way!! She lives eight miles away!!! But i go over with the trailer, and sure enough, there he is!
He sticks his head over the fense and nickers, like, hey, mom what took you so long!!

In order to get to her place, he had to go past all those horses i mentioned earlier, cross a major, U.S. highway, go thru a small town and out the other side!!!!

Can you believe that, i was soo Thankful he wasn't hit by a car!!! I had people praying for him to be safe!~phew!!
He jumped right in the trailer and home he went! The stinker!!

And he was no worse for the wear, one small cut, and some dried sweat, and i thought he was out shape!!! I still don't know how he got out, we tightened up two spots, and he hasn't been out since.

    Thank goodness!

After all the stress left me, and the relief hit, i cried a bit, and thanked God for returning him safely!!

So, there it is!! MY disappearring horse! He better not try that again!!!

Sorry this isn't my best typing today! MY other one that disappearred was written much better.

I have a new picture in profile, the boys brought in my giant flemish bunny this morning, Bug juice.

Well, now we have a new meaning for "stashing yarn"!LOL

You give that Cake Man the riot act!!! I don't know if you were serious or just friends, but i hope he didn't hurt your feelings!
No more cake for Cake Man!!

Just switched the picture in my profile again!LOL

Rusty stayed out of the pic., but that's my 30 year old pony, the little brown one.
And my Grulla Spanish Mustang, she's two.

Georgia,as you can see, my head is quit warm, and you can't be having a flat stash!! You better start stuffing with some of that fleece you have!

Did you break down and buy the fleece on ebay??

Hangin, i think it was just a freak accident about my horse getting out, if he had gone out a gate, all the others would have followed.

We found one spot where the wire had been stretched, he must have somehow got thur without the others??

Horses are very herd animals, and it's amazing he went so far, with the other still in the pasture, most horse would have stuck around and he should have been in the yard.

    He's very independant.

i have had better t-day's it was sad for my friend. her ehb to be brought is little mistress to the dinner. we found out an hour before the dinner that he was intending on doing this.

they have a 8 year old daughter together. then she found out he took the mistres's three kids out trick or treating but he couldn't find the time to take their daughter and go w/her and their daughter.

i had ibs attack at dinner time. didn't eat dessert at all.

then later on i found out i have uti. peeing blood. i thought of fight, of course. called kaiser they ordered me a script. told me to go get some azo for some pain relief. it has helped some.

well i am tired. i need to study, cody has a big game tomarrow.

i'll check back in when i can. i have a friend that wants me to go to san francisco w/her. i just don't know if i can do it. which is a bummer. plus not allowed to drink alcohol. or coffee. so it has been cran juice and water.

i am glad everyone had a nice dinner. and morningsunshine glad you got your horse back.

    love always

My kids woke me up this morning at 6:00!! They were chasing the kitten around, i tried going back to sleep, but it just didn't work!!

Hi, Jodie, sorry you had an undesirable guest for dinner, keep drinking your cranberry juice, hope that clears up quickly for you.

Today is our big grocery shopping day, hope i make it! Because we live in such a small town we shop in a large town 50 miles from here.

We shop twice a month for a family of five, so it's pretty draining! I use to do it on my own, with little kids in tow. But now my husband goes with and helps, or i just wouldn't be able to.

Judy, you get rested up so you can come chat with us. This week i spent almost every day napping on the couch.

Elisabeth, glad you got everything talked out with Cake Man, Do you believe him, any little red flags in your mind?

I hope you had fun at the Casino, i've only been to one, twice. The slot machines are kinda fun. I had a friend that dealt blackjack, and she ended up addicted to gambling. She finally quit working there.

Hi, fight, a brandnew day with no stress!!Right? LOL

Hangininthere, did you really eat two pieces of pie, after all those left overs!?! I love pumkin pie!!! Great breakfast food, too bad i left mine at my mothers house! sigh

Windblade, that just sucks! I lost my first story the first time i tried to post it on the worship board. Feels like such a waste of energy! Grrrr.

I just got home, it's 5:00 and i've been in the car for an hour with 3 hyper boys! Help!
I have a ton of groceries to put away!

Georgia, Elis, I feel bad about what's happenned to you with the money thing. Why do family members, people who are suppose to love us, do those things!

I understand about not wanting to go to court. Maybe you could ask your dad again, when you know there is money available again, and beat your brother to the punch?

Do you suspect your dad in keeping some?? Or just thinks your brother's more needy?? I bet your brother lives closer than you do?

I'm glad you are living independently, and can be proud of yourself for being responsible, but the extra money that is a gift from your mom, sure wouldn't hurt to have!

I'll post more to everyone later, have to go take care of the groceries!!
