    Things I think about when I'm flaring:

    I need to take good care of myself. Rest, good food, warm baths, light stretching...

    It's only temporary. I felt better before the flare and I will feel better again when it passes.

    I'm not "less than" because I have this DD. Everybody's got something. We all have many "somethings" to juggle.

    I still have a great deal to contribute.

    I can always reach out to others like me and try to send them some comfort. That keeps me from being stuck in my own little world when I'm feeling really, really bad.

    I needed this reminder it helped alot. Have been in a bad flare and was ready to start banging my head on something.

    Hope you feel better it does help to find others out there that help.

    Thanks for the reminder , I to have been in such a bad flare lately , Wondering how am I suppose to do this,,, Your post helped more than you know .. a simple reminder ,,, that yes, we are still a part of this life, It will ease .
    and yes we do still contribute in our way ...

    It's so very hard to not let it get to you , Positive thinking is a must...

    I know when ever I get real bad , I know I have to get up an move, do some light stretches , it does help

    I'm so glad I found you all , what a God send .

    Hope you get a little relief soon .
