This is a problem all too common today. Fluroide is a potent enzyme inhibitor -- at least 50 human enzymes are inhibited by the fluoride we inhale, absorb, ingest. Avoidance of fluoro products is the first step. Adequate iodine intake is also important. For detox, tamarind fruit is very helpful. It can even pull excess fluoride out of bone. Fluoride issues compounded my years of suffering with FM. I am now able to tolerate small amts of tea (naturally high in fluoride) which used to set off an immediate flare. Best wishes.
