My best (in the world) friend's father has Fibromyalgia. She has been a huge source of support and understanding for me since she has seen first-hand what it has done to her father. (He has had FMS much longer than I)

He had surgery today on his wrists to repair damage done to bones and ligaments. Then he was told that FM is NOT what he has. He has Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I directed my friend and their family to the Road Back Foundation which believes FM symptoms are a pre-cursor to RA; all caused by mycoplasma infection.

Please pray for his recovery from surgery. Please pray they find the root of his FM. Please pray that there is no progression to his RA. Thank you for always being here.

I certainly will pray for your friends father. All these symptoms we have get so confusing. I pray that his surgery goes well and that he gets the right diagnoses and treatment.

I will certainly be praying for your friends father, I will be praying that he has a speedy recovery from his surgery and that they find the root of his FM.

Find a doctor who can test you for mycoplasma infection. It's very difficult to detect, not every doctor nor lab can do it. But it can be treated with low-dose, long-term antibiotics.

Do a google search on the Road Back Foundation. These mycoplasmas are believed to cause lupus as well. The Road Back can find a doctor in your area who tests for and treats this type of infection.

God works in mysterious ways. Maybe this post caught your attention for a reason.
