Has anyone here ever gone into a pain-free remission?
    If so, for how long?
What caused the remission & what happened to put you back in a flare?
If not, what is your lowest level of pain on a scale of
1(least) to 10(most) & what is the longest you have been on a low level of pain?

What are we all doing up in the middle of the night? As if I didn't know.

I know one lady who absolutely claims she must exercise if she is to get well. She honestly believes that exercise is what is gong to do it for her. So maybe someone will come onboard here with interesting things to say.

I think I have CFIDS as well as FMS but am wondering if I have been diagnosed correctly at all. Any exercise (even going to the bathroom) is way too much exertion for my poor old bod.

Hope you get an intelligent answer!

I have been at very low level of pain for 2wks now.
I had been suffering w/neck,back,shoulder,rib,hip,leg,knee,ankle,feet,hand pain & since I upped my neurontin to 600mg at night & take 1 flexeril w/it I have only had knee, leg, ankle, hand pain- the other pain has left me. I am wondering if I am just in a 'honeymoon' phase w/the med change or if it might be an on going relief?
Any ideas? Maybe this should be a new post?
    Peace,
