The last couple of months I seem to be in a strange cycle with FMS. Does anyone have this kind of routine?

It starts with extreme fogginess, can't get words out or mispronouce words, clumsiness as well. Then moves on the extreme fatigue, (more than normally present). Restless leg syndrome is worst in this cycle.

Then I move into the pain cycle, migraines, back, neck, elbow, feet. Other varying pains that pop up quickly.

If there's a weather front coming through, then everything acts up.

I suppose I should be thankful that it's all not at the same time.

That you are going thru a flare..and this is how yours go! I think most of us learn certain signals that our body is crashing..and for you it sounds like fog is your first symptom . So, when you notice it..I would slow down..and take care of yourself. Take your pain meds etc..and maybe you can lessen the effects of the flare.

I hate the fog. I feel stupid all the time. I feel like a dumb blonde. I used to think I was just scatter brained.
