FOGGY HEAD

    HELLO EVERYONE,MY HEAD FEEL FOGGY,HEAVY,NOT CLEAR. I CAN'T TELL IF IT MY EARS OR A BRAIN CHEMICAL IMBALANCE.I AM JUST WONDERING IF I SHOULD GET ON SOMETHING LIKE LEXAPRO OR EFFEXOR INSTEAD OF THE 1 LITTLE XANAX I TAKE AT BED TIME. THANKS FOR ANY ADVISE.

    I deal with that too Now days I'm drinking green tea. I hope it lifts soon.

    Sorry cant give you advice about your meds. Hope your head clears soon.

    I only take herbal and 'over the counter' pain med before bed and I suffer dreadfully from brain fog, also with that awful thumping in my ears or just under them, so yours may not be as a result of your meds!

    I've just started to take a couple of supplements to help my brain function better - Acetyl L Carnitine, Neuro B12 and DMAE. All recommended by my doctor and the first two are available from the immunesupport.com store. I'm hoping they'll help clear the fog...
