The following foods would be good to eat or added to your favorite juicing recipe because they contain glutatione: (Per the book "The Green Pharmacy", by James A. Duke, Ph. D.")

    Vegetables:

    Broccoli
    asparagus
    cabbage
    cauliflower
    potatoes
    tomatoes
    purslane

    Fruit:

    avocados
    grapefruit
    oranges
    peaches
    watermelon

I have a distant aunt who had some sort of chronic illness, probably fatigue. Her naturopath had her eating asparagus with every meal for a year. Personally, I don't think I could do that.

The thing is, it worked. She's better. I always wondered what it was about. I'll bet it was for glutathione.

Thank you for posting that list. I like and eat a lot of those foods. Here is a great website for all of you. Stormyskye posted it for me. It lists all the healthiest foods. It tells you about all of them. Very good info.
