For CFS Sufferers

    If you are drinking milk or on dairy products and want to get better, get off the milk! Atleast 80% of cfids have a common demominator* and that is milk. I stopped milk 2 months ago after getting IBS, then upon research found out this* medically based fact. Also, taking a lactose enzyme with meals that may contain "casein" [found in most dairy products] works very effectively. By the way my Cfs did a 180! I even spoke with the president* of pro-health and he related my theory as proof, that they have recently discovered Milk is a common denominator. Why on earth they are not publishung this is beyond me. I suppose it comes down to money and politics. He even said they plan to have a lactose enzyme coming out in a month or so, but its already available at your local drug store. If you have cerial in the morning use water, or a soy based milk, you will be thankful.
