    I too had to reduce my nadh to 5mgs due to cost of an ever increasing supplement programme.

    Pushed myself a bit too much mentally recently getting photographic prints ready for an exhibition so went into fried brain/frazzled fatigue.

    That, and the findings of my eye specialist, made me wonder if the NADH was making some things worse.

    Also didn't think it was helping my brain at all.

    Anyway after ceasing it for a while energy and alertness did go down. I'm back on it again now.

    So even though I didn't think it was helping my cognition etc it would appear that it did. Mind you it was some time after starting NADH that I started to make some progress with sleep problems, so now feel 22 years of sleep deficit was part of the problem.
