For Jamminhealth: which is better?

    Hey, Jam!

    Just ordering some supplements and I was wondering which would be better? Swanson has a Turmeric Ginger combo for inflammation and they also have the Source Naturals Meriva Turmeric, which, supposedly, has greater absorbption because of phosphatidycholine. Or should I get both? Just trying to save a little money. I have my husband taking grapeseed now and he says it's great for his long days. Went to the health food store the other day and they were OUT of grapeseed complex and I thought "Jam must have been here!" LOL!
