Hi was just reading a previous post of yours. I've just started using apple cider vinegar for it's many supposed cures, which also happens to include, weight loss CFS, FMS, and Candida. Anyhow I have already noticed a reduction in fatigue, and most notably the cravings for carbohydrates have gone, consequently I'm not eating as much. This is only my second day of taking it so, can't really say much more, but will keep you posted if you like. I'm sure it is probably over-rated but it may just have some benefits, and there's no harm in trying.
