Last week my ZMA arrived, I ordered it from Immune Support.

Well the first few nights it didn't seem to make any difference. But it does now seem (only time will tell) to make the ambien work better.

However, I've been experiencing a fluttery heart sensation, could this be the ZMA or just a coincidence that it's started now.

I know magnesium is good for the heart and I do have a deficiencey so it ought to be a good thing.

I'm also aware that some doctors are wary of it's use when there are heart problems, though I believe this is mainly due to ignorance.

I passed some ZMA onto my son who still has problems sleeping, he says it's definitely helping him. He is a student and works part time in the evenings, up to as late as 3.00am. He gets home with his adrenalin still high (they all do) so you can imagine how much worse his sleep had become.

He is without doubt another convert.

    Cheers

I would ask the doc about this as I have never heard of anyone having this reaction to the ZMA.

It might help to ask our medical professionals here.
