    Hi Rich,

Have the methylation protocol supplements changed from the ones offered on the Prohealth site? see link..

I wanted to order them here on the Prohealth site, but I wanted to make sure these are the right supplements for the current protocol. I know that the Phosphatidyl Serine can be ordered separately since it is not included in the 4 pack above.

I am asking because I read on another site that the following is the current protocol?....

    1. General Vitamin Neurological Health Formula : Start with ¼ tablet and
increase dosage as tolerated to 2 tablets daily
    2. Hydroxy B12 Mega Drops : 2 drops under the tongue daily
    3. MethylMate B : 3 drops under the tongue daily
    4. Folinic acid : ¼ capsule daily
    5. Phosphatidyl Serine Complex : 1 softgel capsule daily (or lecithin)

    Thanks, I appreciate your help!!!

    Hi, Nanie46.

Yes, I have changed the protocol since the study Dr. Nathan and I carried out.
It is still essentially the same in terms of the main ingredients, but I switched some to liquid forms to make them easier to deal with, reduced the total amount of folic acid in favor of the active folates, and made phos. serine optional, suggesting lecithin for those who have low cortisol.

The protocol offered by ProHealth is still an effective protocol, in my opinion, and it is closer to what was used in the clinical study, in terms of details.

I hope this treatment will help you.

    Best regards,
