Have any of the women here found that they experienced an increase in fibromyalgia pain prior to and during the menstrual cycle?

Same here. I went off everything but sleep meds just to see how I am doing. I had been on so much meds and supplements. well, first I noticed is hormonal problems. I am 42. I started taking black cohosh again. If that doesn't do better, then I will go back on the bio-identical progestin.

But I go from having energy every other day to five straight days of extreme fatigue, headache and body aches right before and during my period.

it would seem like I only had about 1 good week per month! I was miserable during that time of the month! I had a hysterectomy this past Oct. and I feel ALOT better, still deal with my fibro crap, but not nearly as bad as when I was bleeding monthly......less backaches,no breast tenderness, no bloating, it's amazing!
