for Wolverine

    Had a couple thoughts on food.

    I know you have a problem with fats, but can you eat nuts? You can buy unsalted dry roasted peanuts. And you could maybe try buying the nuts used for baking (near the chocolate chips). They're "raw" but you could eat them that way or toast them in your oven.

    I'm sure you know more than I do about foods, since you've known about your digestive disorder for 3 years. So I assume you know seafood is high in protein, don't know about fats. Diet books these days list the carbs/protein/fat info, in addition to calories.

    And I think that about exhausts my knowledge! ;-)

    Yeh its pretty much any fat unfortuntely. Cant do peanuts very well but can do small amounts of other nuts now and then. Yes i know about seafood :) ive actually been extensively researching nutrition for about 2 1/2 years now and know whats best, but still everyone has to find what works best for them. The plain fish n veg type diet works well for most ppl. also gluten free has helped alot of things for me. :)
