Found help for restless legs

    I only get RLS when I am tired (don't know if that is the usual way), but have recently discovered that rubbing in Aveda's Blue Gel I get instant relief. It has a few essential oils in it - blue camomile, peppermint, aloe and comfrey and I got it for massaging aching neck muscles etc. which also worked well. I tried it on my legs out of desperation, and after several successes I thought I ought to let you know my discovery.
