Thanks to all for your interest. I will try to be brief.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 10 years ago by a rheumatologist. I have had obvious symptoms since 1985. I've been treated by 2 neurologists and 2 TMJ specialists. My symptoms include fatigue; mental fog; pain all over; dyslexic-type speech, hearing, reading and writing patterns; insomnia; blurred vision; stuttering; over-sensitivity to prescription drugs AND herbal remedies.

Despite good docs who made every effort to help me, my symptoms remained. I started seeing homeopaths, naturopaths, chiropractors, and a Chinese Medicine specialist (acupuncture and herbs) and an Ayurvedic (East Indian medicine) doctor. I've been to a Shaman 4 times for help. You can see I've been clutching at straws... ...I do recommend Chinese and Indian medicine.

They have all been good people who wanted to help me, but the key ingredient which seems more important than anything is my own attitude.

Ask yourself: what can you do, what really makes sense to make some kind of a positive difference in your life and spirit? And, basically, it comes down to this: sit up straight and eat your vegetables...

Sitting up straight- Sorry don't like veggies but I'll try.
Laugh and the world laughs with you.
