Does anyone else have ear problems? I have the constant feeling of pressure and fluid (not really pain) in just my right ear. I also feel some pressure on the right side of my nose. This is constant. Have been checked for infections, etc. and drs see nothing.

Wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Yeap...though not totally constant, and no pressure in my nose. You may want to see a ENT doctor, or have you?? Originally I was diagnosed with an atypical Menieres because of the resulting dizziness, but I've wondered since if it is related to FM.

    Take Care,

my 24 year old daughter's problems with chronic and extremely painful sinusitis.

In addition to this and probably related is that she was also diagnosed with eustachian tube disorder. This is based on the horrible pain/pressure she has in her ears. For some reason the inner-ear is unable to equalize pressure with the outer. I can put my ear close to her ear and hear the "crackling" sound that she hears all the time. Sensation is like your ears really want to pop, but they can't.

I don't know if this is your problem, but it sounds at least similar to other posts on this thread. She has an appt. this week with a specialist to see what her options are. After reading posts on the SINUSITIS message board (I didn't know it existed here at Pro-Health!), I am less than thrilled with the odds of getting positive results from any procedure offered for either problem (sinus or ear).
